A well-established Brighton-based organisation is looking to strengthen the team by recruiting a full-time permanent Finance Assistant - Payables & Treasury.
Job Description
As Finance Assistant - Payables & Treasury, you will be responsible for:
* Purchase invoice entry
* Purchase statement reconciliation
* Payments reports
* Purchase ledger payments
* Expense analysis and reconciliation
* Cashbook reconciliation
* Cash reporting
The Successful Applicant
* Sage or other similar Accounting Package
* Strong Excel skills, intermediate or above, combined with overall strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft packages.
* AAT Studier or qualified or QBE
What's on Offer
* £26,000 - £28,000
* Hybrid working: 3 days in office and 2 days WFH
* 25 days holiday
* 37.5 hour working week
