We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries, ensuring our customers receive accurate information and excellent service. You’ll work closely with our sales teams, manufacturers, and customers to support the smooth processing of orders and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling inbound sales calls and enquiries
Preparing quotations and pricing for customers
Processing sales orders efficiently and accurately
Liaising with manufacturers to confirm product availability and delivery schedules
Providing customers with up-to-date information on pricing, delivery times, and technical queries
Assisting external sales teams with account-related queries and customer support
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working in a busy office environment
Some previous administration experience (sales admin experience is a bonus but not essential)
Strong keyboard and data entry skills
Excellent telephone manner, with clear communication and active listening skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
A proactive and team-oriented approach, with a keen eye for detail
