The company has built a strong reputation for delivering insurance, refurbishment, and new build projects across the residential and commercial sectors throughout the South. Due to an increase in project wins, they are looking for a hands-on leader to manage upcoming projects while working on the tools when required. The Role of the Working Foreman / Working Site Manager : Overseeing and managing residential and commercial construction projects. Leading a team of tradespeople to ensure high-quality project delivery. Working on-site, combining supervision with hands-on trade work when needed. Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth project operations. Ensuring health & safety regulations are followed on-site. Requirements of the Working Foreman / Working Site Manager: Experience as a Working Foreman or Working Site Manager in residential or commercial construction. Strong leadership and site management skills. Trade background (carpentry preferred). Ability to work flexibly between management duties and hands-on site work. CSCS Card and SSSTS / SMSTS certification. First Aid certification. Own tools. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach. What’s on Offer?
