We are representing a client with a developing procurement team who are looking for a Catalogue Manager. You will be collating product lists and updating the ERP system, supporting with tenders and dealing supplier queries and issues. Job Title: Catalogue Manager - Procurement
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 p.a.
Location: Borehamwood
Type: Permanent, Hybrid (2 days in the office)
Responsibilities:
Work with the procurement team to liaise with suppliers and ensure product information is correct on the ERP system
Upload product lists to the new ERP system
Support category managers with tendering activities
Analyse pricing and spend data
Support negotiation activities
Resolve queries and solving issues on supplier invoices, when necessary, escalate to Accounts Payable
Communicated with customers regarding changes in pricingRequirements:
Strong IT skills and experience working with ERP Systems
Excellent communication skills
An understanding of tendering
Commercial awareness
