We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Administrative Assistant to join the busy and inclusive Apprenticeships and Adult Learning team. The successful applicant will have excellent administration and communication skills, working closely with Programme Leads, Assessors, Apprentices, and employers to build strong relationships. They must be able to manage their own priorities and work with a high level of attention to detail, helping to ensure that the College meets its quality standards in the administration of apprenticeships and adult learning. This includes supporting Programme Leads to effectively comply with national funding regulations and the quality requirements of external bodies, such as Awarding Organisations and Ofsted.

Job Details:
Salary: Support staff salary spine point 7-8, £23,585-£24,010 FTE (actual salary based on 22.5hrs £14,342-£14,600)
Hours: Part-time 15-22.5hrs per week, could be across 3 days or week, can be discussed at interview
Contract: Permanent, all year round
Start Date: ASAP
