The Opportunity
This role reports into the UK Head of Sales and Growth with a strong matrix line into the Regional Managing Director.
The purpose of the role is to be the driver of organic growth within the region, enabling the Partners, Directors and other staff in their business development activity as well as undertaking personal business development activity.
1. Own the growth target for the region and take responsibility for enabling and driving business development activity to reach the regional growth targets.
2. Own sales planning process working with RMDs RMP’s and Local office Partners to ensure they have undertaken a robust program of activity both for cross sales and new logo wins
3. Assist in the building of specific sales strategies and plans for regions, offices and Partners to ensure the sales gap is closed and the region hits its revenue growth targets.
4. Provide analysis and reporting into RMDs and offices on all aspects of sales reporting utilising the sales excellence team.
5. Be a champion for the LeadsGo and Salesforce tools ensuring that the regions sales pipeline is up to date and of the highest data quality. This will involve liaising with the Central Sales Excellence team.
6. Organise and manage regular Growth meeting across the region to assist with understanding of the Growth plans and provide accountability to the Growth Plans.
7. Work with marketing on the creation and deployment of regional marketing plans designed to drive growth within the regions.
8. Roll out the new key account management programs (Q3 FY24), understanding their client base and identifying clients with key cross selling opportunities and helping manage these client sales processes.
9. Help identify and research suitable new client prospects with offices and put in place new client contact plans.
10. Assist with any training and assistance relating to new client contact programs
11. Work with marketing and offices to ensure they have suitable content for the new client contact programs.
12. Undertake activities designed to generate new client enquiries for the region including networking, working with introducers and direct new client contact programs.
13. Provide ongoing sales support and coaching as required across the region to ensure that all relevant staff have the skills required to undertake the tasks required of the sales growth plans
