OTE: £14.96 per hour, including tronc.
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, over 5 days.
A Senior Chef de Partie role at THE PIG is like no other. As Senior Chef de Partie, you will manage one of the 4 sections of the kitchen. You will have the opportunity to oversee each section to share your knowledge with the junior chefs.
We run an award-winning apprenticeship programme, and as a Senior Chef de Partie, you will take an active role in leading, teaching, and inspiring the apprentices.
We’re seeking Senior Chef de Parties with the confidence and ability to support a dynamic team. Our Senior Chef de Parties can experience what we offer at more than one of our properties, as well as stepping up into Junior Sous or Sous Chef roles.
