Technical Support Engineer – Kent – Consultancy – Up to £35,000
Overview:
An exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer to join a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP), delivering Cloud, Hosted, and On-Premise IT support.
This is a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic position with direct career opportunities to progress to Infra/Cloud Engineering or even management. Our client is offering salaries up to £35,000 + Bonus + Training to be based in Bromley 3 x PW.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support, resolving technical issues via phone, remote tools, and site visits.
2. Troubleshoot Windows, Mac, Office 365, Azure AD, networking, and firewall issues.
3. Configure and maintain laptops, PCs, servers, and backups.
4. Ensure SLA compliance by effectively managing and closing support tickets.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service, communicating with users at all levels.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 2+ years’ experience in IT support, troubleshooting Cloud and Windows environments.
2. Hands-on expertise with Azure, Office 365, AD, Intune, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
3. Basic networking, firewall, and security knowledge.
4. Strong experience in building and configuring laptops, desktops, and servers.
5. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Package:
