Job Role Working closely with the Manager and Team, youll deliver the best possible services to the People We Support (PWS) and develop your existing rota and support skills. Bringing your caring and passionate attitude to supporting people and making a positive contribution to the work of JSS. You will beresponsiblefor Coordinating schedules preparing rotas & communicating with staff, clients & families. Ensuring sickness and other absences are covered. This includes ensuring that all absences are recorded and communicated to the payroll and care management teams. Using Bright HR, Log My Care and other digital rota planning and recording systems for the People We Support (PWS) Monitoring care logs to ensure they are up to date, appropriately worded and completed by staff in a timely manner Ensuring monthly reports are collated and distributed as required both internally and externally Supporting the care planning team in delivering an excellent PBS led support service to all People We Support (PWS) Skills, experience, abilities and Qualifications required. Skills To have excellent IT, rota management and care management software To have excellent organisational and time management skills Experience To have you at least 1 year experience of rota management To have you at least 2 years experience in Children / Young People or Adult Care Abilities The ability to manage own workload and be proactive in addressing day to day issues that arise in a busy and expanding PBS support service Qualifications Essential A level 2 or 3 qualification relating to Children / Young People or Adult Care Desirable A Positive Behavioural Support Qualification (JSS has an in-house training programme for all staff) IT qualification ADZN1_UKTJ
