The role of Support Worker is key to achieving successful outcomes for clients. As a motivated and dynamic support worker you will be responsible for: Delivering a high quality support programme of support that promotes client choice and control. Working independently and as part of a team Providing a high quality service to residents as well as service users accessing the out of hours service Providing support to enable residents to make positive life choices and ultimately empower them to lead more sustainable lifestyles. Planning and supporting residents in meaningful activities Administrative support Reception duties & administrative support to ensure the successful operation of the service when required To apply for the role of Support Worker you must hold a current Enhanced/Portable DBS or be willing to apply for one and have experience within the supported housing/charity sector
