The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a qualified Chartered Surveyor to join a busy Rural team. This role involves providing professional advice to a variety of clients, including individual property owners, buyers, developers, and investors, helping them maximise their property portfolios.
Based in the Rural North division, with offices in Atherstone and Ashby de la Zouch, the role covers a wide geographical area. While teamwork is vital, you will also need to demonstrate the ability to work independently and use your initiative.
Key Responsibilities
* Property Agency: Preparing marketing reports, property listings, advertising, negotiations, and managing sales progression.
* Valuations: Conducting Red Book valuations on a range of properties.
* RPA: Handling Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) applications, Countryside Stewardship Scheme (CSS), and other grants.
* Management: Overseeing land management under Farm Business Tenancies (FBTs), Grazing Licence agreements, and Contract Farming arrangements.
* Planning: Preparing and submitting planning applications.
* Development: Advising clients on development opportunities, option agreements, and promotion agreements.
* Dispersal Sales: Assisting with farm dispersal auction sales, collective sales, and fodder sales.
