NewFlex has an opportunity for an exceptional individual to take on the challenging role of Data Coordinator. The Data Coordinator's main focus is to manage the daily business rates activities required to maximise the benefit of rates relief. We want someone exceptional who can deliver the following key responsibilities: Data Collection and Management Gather and maintain data from CRM systems, financial databases, and operational reports. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in line with data protection regulations. Assist in the development of data dashboards and regular reporting tools. Data Analysis Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business operations. Prepare and present reports to management and other stakeholders. Support the development of predictive models and process improvements. Business Rates Processing changes in the RMS to include but not limited to: Occupancy Hereditaments Relief Valuations Terms & conditions Rooms and their relationship to hereditaments Source Customer information using both internal and external resources, and upload information to the in-house rates management system Notify relevant Councils of changes in occupation and business rates liabilities ensuring that the correct supporting Responsible for data integrity of the rates management system (RMS) and notifying Councils of changes.
