Indaver is now constructing a tonne energy-from-waste plant as part of an Integrated Waste Management facility in Essex. Over a year's worth of groundworks have already been carried out, and construction work has now commenced with piling activities on site. This will be one of the largest energy-from-waste plants in the UK, and you will be working with an experienced international team of engineers to take the project from groundworks to commissioning (3.5 years) and beyond.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the project team has the tools and information to progress work streams and meet deadlines.
2. Assist the project team in meeting the project timelines.
3. Ensure complex tender documents are prepared to the company standard.
4. Coordinate the information for input into SAP for sales orders and invoices.
5. Maintain timely administration of TFS notifications requests to facilitate movement of waste.
6. Ensure clients' requirements are met during the project commencement and delivery phase.
Experience and Qualifications:
1. A level or equivalent; Degree will be an advantage.
2. Three years relevant experience.
3. Advanced Microsoft Word.
4. Advanced Excel; MS Project and PowerPoint are an advantage.
5. Attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Ability to cope under pressure.
8. Customer focus.
9. Good numerical ability.
10. Team player.
