This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-qualified Chemistry graduate to join the Chemistry Department of Loughborough Grammar School, an independent school for boys ages 10 to 18 years. The Science Faculty is a thriving, popular and high-achieving faculty of specialist colleagues from the Departments of Chemistry, Biology and Physics. Each department is housed in its own specialist building with outstanding laboratory facilities and resources. The successful candidate will be a member of the Chemistry Department.
The successful candidate will be able to teach Chemistry across the Key Stage 3. The opportunity to teach at Key Stage 4 and 5 is available for a suitably qualified candidate.
The Science Faculty offers a wealth of co-curricular activities, clubs and competitions to engage and inspire the pupils and a willingness to be involved in these and the pastoral life of this busy School is expected.
