Day-to-day of the role: Teach Philosophy, Ethics, and Theology across KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5. Lead in providing first-class teaching and learning, driving the knowledge agenda and pedagogy within the department. Adapt teaching methods to your own expertise and the needs of your students, encouraging them to extend their knowledge through further reading and promoting independence. Support the department in delivering extra-curricular opportunities and study-support sessions, guiding students with their ongoing learning at GCSE and A-Level. Engage in a comprehensive program of professional development, contributing to the school's ethos of high-quality teaching and community values. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience of teaching RE across KS3 and KS4, with a strong desire or experience in teaching at KS5.
