About the Opportunity
Situated in the heart of the West Midlands, Staffordshire Police support and serve more than 1.1 million people, spanning from the rural moorlands to major urban areas such as Stoke-on-Trent, Tamworth, Cannock and Burton-upon-Trent.

To further support and enhance our journey of transformation, we are now seeking a permanent Head of Change Management. As a member of our Senior Leadership Team you will play a pivotal role in delivering a comprehensive change strategy for the Force, providing robust management and business assurance across large-scale and complex transformation programmes. You will be responsible for strategic planning and the execution of change initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, improve business processes, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
We are therefore seeking a suitably experienced change specialist, with a proven track record of leading a team across a complex organisation, with a diverse and varied staff base. Working alongside and in active partnership with our Senior Leadership Team, Chief Officers, Police and Fire Commissioner, Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service and wider key stakeholders, you will shape the future of our organisation; creating and delivering our Change Management Strategy, sharply focused on meeting both our current and future service needs.
