The role will assist in the running of the Estates functions and the wider work to deliver an effective estates strategy. You will help to ensure that schools provide a safe, secure and welcoming environment for children, staff and visitors. You will be carrying out measured and condition surveys, inspections, access audits, and schedules for all the schools in the Trust. You will also carry out smaller projects and assistance on major projects with supervision. You will be helping the Head of Estates and Facilities to look strategically at the schools and plan for the future. The Estates office is based at St Katherine's School in Pill. However, the team operates a hybrid working system with a flexible working approach.

* Ideally minimum 12 months experience working within a building surveying team environment; however, candidates with less experience who are the right culture fit will be considered.
* £29,777 to £33,144.
