Our Consulting practice transforms businesses by solving critical problems and leveraging technology to create competitive advantages. Driven by client needs, we deliver impactful outcomes, whether managing disruption, driving transformation, or developing sustainability strategies.
We serve clients across Financial Services, Government, Health Industries, and the Private Sector, including retailers, banks, telecom operators, and energy companies. You'll collaborate with top professionals across various sectors, providing fresh insights and solutions to their challenges.
Technology-powered consulting
We help our clients minimise disruption and maximise impact with human-led, tech-powered transformation. PwC is rated among the top technology consultants by leading analysts because we know how to help our clients extract and create real business value. You’ll help our clients to undertake large scale, cloud-enabled technology delivery, implementation and transformation programmes, working across a variety of industry sectors with client opportunities across the UK.
Working side-by-side with our functional and industry experts, our technologists strive for imaginative ways of solving our clients' most important challenges. They provide expertise across: technology strategy, architecture and delivery; in specific specialisms such as data, intelligent sourcing and cloud; and in best-in-class market technologies - both cloud hyperscalers such as Microsoft, Google and AWS; and enterprise applications including Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, Guidewire and Workday.
What you'll do
You’ll typically find yourself working as part of a team of anything from two to thirty people. Our client projects are resourced nationally and internationally, so travelling and living away from home may be required. When you're not on a project you'll be based out of your local office.
You’ll spend a lot of time working with clients both virtually and at their offices, dealing with project issues as they arise and gain valuable exposure to different types of clients and diverse industries. You may be required to carry out detailed analysis, helping support the recommendations that transform our clients’ businesses.
You’ll also have the opportunity to work on strategically important internal roles where you'll gain specialist knowledge from within the PwC network. These experiences, combined with tailored training covering consulting skills, emerging digital tools and technology, will equip you with the capabilities to really make a difference.
You can expect to have the opportunity to demonstrate and develop all the core skills that you'll learn as part of the induction training. For example:
* collecting, analysing and presenting data
* facilitating client workshops and presenting findings
* supporting project management activity
* developing meeting facilitation, time management and organisational skills
* commercial management and engagement economics
* proposal support
* thought leadership/research
* contributions to communities with their asset development and efforts to positively impact inclusion and diversity engagement within teams.
What you'll gain
