Location – on-site at ROARR in Lenwade ROARR in Lenwade, Norfolk is the UK’s largest Dinosaur themed adventure Park. We’re looking for a creative superstar to join our marketing team. This role is the go-to for all traditional and print creative work. Your day-to-day role will be to create assets for social media, signage, website, leaflets, emails, press, and OOH. You will lead all creative work, ensuring assets are on-brand and visually compelling. ROARR and PrimEvil run a comprehensive event programme across the year, so you will need to be available to work evenings and weekends to support the events and operational team. Role Responsibilities Design for Multiple Channels – create high-quality print and digital assets, including promotional designs for events and campaigns, social media, email, website, app, and signage. Ensure all materials are aligned with brand messaging and tailored to specific campaigns or events. Personal organisation – ability to plan, prepare and organise your time effectively. Consistent Visual Identity – ensure all creative assets maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing channels, from event materials to ongoing park support and internal communications. Timely Delivery of Assets – ensure all creative work is completed and delivered within required timeframes, particularly for event-based work and fast-paced campaign schedules. External Vendor Management – manage relationships with external vendors, including printers, photographers, and videographers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of creative assets. Cross-Department Collaboration – work with other departments, key stakeholders, and heads of departments to ensure all creative assets meet business needs and deadlines, contributing to overall success. Confident communicator – good influencing and professional presentation skills. Event cover – to work alongside the wider ROARR team to support the smooth running of PrimEvil and ROARR’s comprehensive event’s programme as well as capture contact for marketing purposes. This includes evenings and weekends in the park and at other event locations. Event-Specific Design – develop and execute the visual identity for events, ensuring consistency in design before, during, and after the event. This includes creating event signage, social media assets, promotional graphics, and email templates. Photography & Videography – capture content during events and campaigns, both on-site at ROARR and PrimEvil, and at off-site events. This includes live coverage and quick-turnaround editing for social media posts, videos, and other promotional materials. Ongoing Creative Support – produce ongoing creative assets to support the park’s day-to-day activities, ensuring key stakeholders and heads of departments have the visual materials they require. Independent Role with Marketing Collaboration – as the sole creative designer, you will work independently to manage all design work while collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and overall strategies. Content Creation – a strong interest or experience in creating on-trend content for TikTok and Instagram. Required skills and experience Excellent IT skills, especially with photo-editing software. Strong design skillset using Adobe Suites, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, are essential. Experience in designing and building visually engaging web pages and email templates. Experience in social media marketing and website maintenance (WordPress). Photography skills, especially lifestyle photography. Animation (GIF and VFX). Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
