About You
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Logiq, ensuring that our consulting services are delivered efficiently and with the highest quality standards. The COO will work closely with the CEO, CFO and Exco members to develop and implement strategies that support Logiq’s growth and strategic objectives.
The COO is expected to be at the heart of the business, building on the excellent culture and driving the delivery of growth for the future. This role will require high energy and an ability to navigate problems with competing priorities and finding the best solution for our clients and Logiq.
Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:
* Oversee the delivery of Logiq's Operating Model - generating and delivering capability to our customers, including project management, client delivery, resourcing and recruitment.
* Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency, profitability, and scalability.
* Ensure all departments and teams work in alignment with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
* Create and own a detailed framework of operating practices for each department to ensure clarity of operations.
Strategic Planning:
* Collaborate with the CEO, CFO and Exco to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan.
* Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans, with clear KPIs and milestones.
Client Delivery and Satisfaction:
* Ensure that all consulting projects meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
* Implement best practices in project management to ensure consistent delivery across all client projects.
* Regularly review client feedback and take action to address any areas for improvement.
Resource Allocation and Management:
* Optimise the resourcing function to maximise efficiency and impact.
* Oversee recruitment strategies to attract and retain the best talent and work closely with HR to deliver best in class performance management, and professional development.
Performance Management:
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments.
* Lead initiatives to improve operational performance, including process optimisation, cost reduction, and innovation.
* Conduct regular reviews of team performance, providing coaching and guidance to ensure continuous improvement.
Risk Management and Compliance:
* Identify and manage operational risks, ensuring that the firm complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
* Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Leadership and Team Development:
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
* Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values.
* Serve as a role model for ethical behaviour, integrity, and accountability.
