Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
✔ Previous experience working in older persons' services
✔ Experience in lone working and team collaboration
✔ Strong report writing and record-keeping skills
✔ A proven ability to develop effective partnerships
✔ Good general education and commitment to professional development
✔ Full, clean driving licence and access to a car (or ability to cover as needed)
