About Chalice Medical Limited:
Chalice Medical Limited is the UK market leader for the supply of ECMO products. Our company has been producing medical devices for CPB and ECMO for more than 25 years. As our business and portfolio continues to grow, the Board is looking for a dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Manager who can add significant value to the company.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within the medical device sector.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, perfusionists, and hospital procurement teams.
· Present and demonstrate Chalice Medical products effectively to key decision-makers.
· Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
· Provide exceptional customer support and training.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
· Collaborate with internal multidisciplinary teams, including Regulatory, Quality, Production and Service.
· Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote the company and expand the customer base.
Person Specification:
· Degree-educated, preferably in a science related subject.
· Proven experience in Medical Sales.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
· Ability to understand and articulate complex medical technologies.
· Must be UK-based.
· Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight trips to Europe.
· A full, clean UK driving license.
