Telesales Executive
£26k - £29k per annum
Monday - Friday / General Office Hours
Wrexham
Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently looking for a Telesales Executive on a permanent basis to join their team.
Performance Objectives
1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
2. Understand customer needs and requirements.
3. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate BDM for further development and closure.
4. Close sales and achieve targets.
5. Maintain and expand a database of prospects within assigned territories.
6. Team with channel partners to build the pipeline and close deals.
7. Research for new leads.
8. Upselling products and services.
9. Supporting field-based Business Development Managers.
Person Specification
1. Excellent customer service skills.
2. Excellent verbal communications and active listening skills.
3. Strong phone presence and experience dialing multiple calls per day.
4. Patience, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
5. Experience working with a CRM system.
6. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
7. Excellent numeracy skills for accurate and speedy calculations of sales prices, discounts, and percentages.
