The Integrated Offender Manager Unit (IOMU) Administrator is central to HMP YOI Bronzefield’s operations, offering essential administrative support to help ensure prisoners receive a thorough and effective support plan during their sentence and beyond.As the Administrator, you will play a vital role as a key contact point for colleagues across the facility. For more information on Sodexo Careers please visit Sodexo Careers Main Responsibilities Managing administrative tasks, including file organisation, handling queries, and ensuring IOMU compliance with policies. Acting as the main contact for Public Protection and Safeguarding matters. Completing Risk to Children paperwork and notifying relevant agencies (Social Services, Police, Probation) on time. Supporting Caseworkers and Offender Management teams both internally and in the community. Liaising with external agencies, including Probation, Courts, and Social Services. Arranging Parole Review Boards and assisting with the parole process. Collating information for Sentence Planning, ROTL, and HDC. Taking minutes at meetings when required. Managing diaries and deadlines for assessments, reports, and meetings. Organising meetings, including passes and clearances for visitors. Providing general assistance to the Manager and Team Leader. Base Salary - £ 23,400.00 per annum plus £3,729.24 London Weighting per annum.
