Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain confidentiality in all office matters.
* Manage general correspondence and analyse incoming communications.
* Prepare documentation and presentations for meetings.
* Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
* Develop and maintain efficient filing systems.
* Order supplies and monitor requisitions.
Qualifications:
* Education: GCSEs in English and Mathematics (Grade A*-C).
* Experience: Minimum of two years in a clerical or secretarial role.
* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
