The Role:
As a Senior Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning and organising construction site activities with exposure to an exciting portfolio of projects across the company’s various sectors, leading teams of employed staff and sub-contract labour and ensuring the timely and quality delivery of each of your projects.
Responsibilities:
* Overseeing all site-based construction activity.
* Developing and enforcing safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for workers.
* Supervising and directing the construction team to ensure that the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Coordinating with engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the construction work meets the project specifications.
* Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including progress reports, construction schedules, and budget reports.
