Role Overview: As a Recruitment Consultant within our IT and SaaS division, you will be responsible for building relationships with both clients and candidates to drive recruitment success in one of the most dynamic industries today. You will work across a range of exciting technology-focused roles, including software engineers, developers, product managers, and SaaS professionals. Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the IT and SaaS sectors. Understand their recruitment needs, offering tailored solutions. Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Source, interview, and assess top talent for a variety of roles across the IT and SaaS industries. Ensure candidates are well-matched to client requirements and culture. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from job intake through to offer stage, including negotiating salaries, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding. Market Expertise: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in IT and SaaS to offer consultative advice to clients and candidates. Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service and fostering repeat business. Business Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities and grow your own portfolio of clients in the tech space. Skills & Experience Required: Previous Experience: 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on IT, tech, or SaaS products. Experience working within the technology sector or similar industries is a must. Sector Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT roles (e.g., developers, engineers, project managers) and SaaS product development, sales, or implementation. Sales & Negotiation: Proven experience in business development, managing client relationships, and successfully closing deals. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
