The Role:
Working with the Directors to build and implement the marketing strategy for the business in line with the sales objectives.
1. Develop and execute a marketing plan with flexibility to respond to marketing trends and changes in the housing market.
2. Work closely with external agencies to produce high-quality, innovative marketing materials and campaigns.
3. Measure and report on the effectiveness and value of campaigns and the overall marketing strategy.
4. Take ownership of the company’s website and ensure that all content is up to date, relevant, and delivering the agreed outputs.
5. Generate consistently high levels of enquiries through all marketing channels, including creating and publishing high-quality, interesting, and relevant social media content.
6. Manage the company’s charitable and community engagement functions.
7. Identify commercially viable and effective new marketing channels.
8. Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with local partners and media channels to promote the business positively.
9. Brand management.
10. Coordinate submissions to local and industry awards.
11. Plan, manage, and deliver events to an agreed strategy, budget, and timescales.
12. Drive all PR activities of the business.
13. Manage photoshoots, etc.
Your Experience, Qualifications and Attributes:
1. Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably within the new homes sector – but relevant experience in other sectors would be welcome.
2. Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or other relevant fields.
3. Excellent IT skills.
4. Track record of delivering innovative marketing campaigns, particularly through all social media channels.
5. Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
6. Able to work independently but also within a team environment.
7. Able to manage a large and diverse workload while prioritising key elements.
8. Organised, planned, and focused.
