About the role:
In this new role, you'll play a critical part of our business evolution by optimising labour utilisation, enhancing workforce productivity, and driving operational efficiency across our complex retail network on board cruise ships.
You'll analyse labour trends, conduct time and motion studies, and create comprehensive labour models to improve performance while ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer experience standards and crew lifestyle enhancement.

The role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with occasional days in our Avonmouth office plus additional international travel as part of your induction.
