An exciting opportunity has opened up to manage the day to day operational service requirements across NCA Dermatology.
NCA Dermatology is the largest Dermatology centre in the country with a wide range of clinical services from community to tertiary which offers development opportunities.
The role will focus on the delivery of services across Bury and Stockport, alongside service wide projects as directed.
• Lead the daily operations of the departments as directed and instructed.
• Act as the service lead in meetings regarding performance management requirements of the services, including Key Performance Indicators, Sickness & Absence and quality targets.
• To undertake specific project work as identified by the Senior Manager.
• Ensuring staff adhere to Attendance policy and Special Leave, monitoring sickness & absence of staff, conducting return to works, and formal sickness reviews in line with Trust Policy and all other HR policies.
• Ensure staff are compliant with mandatory training and take necessary action for those not compliant.
• Attend meetings within the Directorate when required.
• Lead in the investigation of complaints/incidents/PALS/RCAs and extended patient waits Maintain a flexible approach towards assisting in the general smooth running of the Department.
• Lead the continuous development and delivery of high quality, patient focused services.
• Lead the achievement of activity and budgetary targets within the Directorate.
