What You’ll Be Selling
You’ll promote our full management service, which includes:
* Tenant sourcing and referencing
* Drafting tenancy agreements and ensuring compliance
* Rent collection and financial management
* Legal and financial protection for landlords
* A proprietary tech platform, backed by experienced human support
You’ll onboard clients, ensuring a smooth setup process, while our central property management team handles the ongoing operational tasks, allowing you to focus on growth.
What You’ll Do
As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will:
* Build Partnerships: Develop relationships with landlords, developers, estate agents, and consultants in your region.
* Generate Leads: Use a dedicated marketing budget to host events, attend industry meetups, and implement regional campaigns.
* Onboard Clients: Guide clients through the initial setup process, ensuring their confidence and satisfaction.
* Drive Growth: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, close deals, and meet or exceed targets.
