Job Title: Tutor Salary: £25 - £30 per hour Job Duties: Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to students Develop and implement tailored lesson plans based on student's needs Provide constructive feedback and support to enhance student learning Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance Required Qualifications: Relevant teaching qualification Proven experience in tutoring or teaching Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage and motivate students Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field Experience: At least 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching Knowledge and Skills: Strong subject knowledge Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles Proficient in using educational technology Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Education Experience working with students with diverse learning needs Working Conditions: Flexible working hours, primarily evenings and weekends Work may be conducted in-person or online Ability to travel to student's homes or designated tutoring locations All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
