Your work will involve a variety of tasks, including carpentry, joinery, fitting sanitary ware, plastering, and general repairs. By delivering high-quality, efficient repairs and focusing on a 'Right First Time' approach, you'll help us provide exceptional service to our residents. What you'll be doing: You'll be responsible for completing a wide range of repairs and installations within our housing stock, ensuring that all work meets high-quality standards and is carried out efficiently. In this role, you'll deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism in every interaction, whether working independently or collaboratively with colleagues. You'll also liaise with staff as needed to ensure seamless communication and adherence to company policies, including health and safety, safeguarding, equality, and diversity. What you'll need to succeed in this role: A relevant qualification (e.g., recognised apprenticeship, NVQ Level 2, or City & Guilds Certificate). Experience in general repairs, multi-trade work, or a similar role. A strong understanding of health and safety requirements for the role. Attention to detail and pride in delivering work to a high standard. Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
