Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm - with an early Friday finish Maternity cover for 9 months 30 days holiday - pro rata No overtime or weekend work Working as an Engineering Administrator, your duties will include: Administration, guidance, and compliance on all process procedures Answer main office telephone Assist with Project Planning using CRM Schedule Board Provide general admin support to assist teams to effectively manage their projects Attend engineering meetings, providing minutes as necessary Arrange travel and accommodation in line with approved projects Booking in Project Orders using Windows CRM Dynamics Updating and reviewing Projects Budget Sheets along with the relevant Project Engineer Collating Engineer's Timesheets - entering data on Budget sheets and Sage Preparing and raising Engineering/Projects Invoices; and using Customer's Invoicing Portals Administration of Training Records, Matrixes, and Mango Software To be successful in this position you will have previous Administration experience, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Combined with the following skills, traits, and experience: Able to work on your own and as part of a team Able to follow both written and verbal instructions Previous experience using sage is beneficial Previous experience raising invoices is advantageous Interested?
