Job Overview The post holder will provide business support to the clinical education directorate, ensuring all non-medical income and expenditure is accounted for and reported on as required by the Trust or Health Education England (HEE). They will assume delegated accountability for the delivery of financial targets and will have line management responsibility for the administrative staff within the clinical education team. Main duties of the job We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Clinical Education Business Manager to provide support to the Director and Deputy Director of Clinical Education, Strategic Lead and Matrons for Clinical Education. The Post Holder Will Need To Respond to correspondence on behalf of the Directors where appropriate, maintaining a high degree of political awareness, demonstrating tact and diplomacy at all times. To carry out delegated tasks within parameters set by the Directors, Strategic Lead and Matrons. Responsible for monitoring budget statements, invoices and returns in relation to non-medical funding. To oversee the coordination and processing of CPD applications Maintain records pertinent to external partners, including Health Education England (HEE) and Higher Education Institutes (HEIs). Provide customer care to support and role model the Frimley Health values, and to contribute to staff feeling engaged and valued by the organisation. Source and gather information as required Prioritise workloads effectively to ensure deadlines are met. Provide cross cover across the Directorate as required to meet the operational and service needs of the Directorate.
