Position:
1. Mobile role across the midlands
2. Reactive call out position
3. Commercial properties on well known companies
4. Vehicle provided
Responsibilities:
1. Carry out roof repairs and maintenance across a variety of roof types.
2. Perform first-time fixes to complete tasks efficiently during the first visit.
3. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, especially when working at heights.
4. Conduct lead work, fascia/soffit repair or replacement, and gutter clearance or repair.
5. Work independently while demonstrating effective decision-making and time management.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Demonstrable competence in roofing, including slate or concrete tile repair, ridge/verge repair, lead work, gutter work, and flat roof repairs or replacement.
2. Ability to lift weights and carry out physical tasks in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.
3. Experience in customer-focused environments, meeting performance targets.
4. Full, clean UK Driving Licence
