Role Purpose We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth within the Gaming & Amusement segment. Main Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and enhance market share in the gaming sector. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and customer satisfaction. Analyse market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify new market opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and product offerings. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to the executive team and suggesting adjustments to meet targets. Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize organizational effectiveness. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand awareness and network with potential clients. Qualifications and Required Skills 7 years of sales experience within the gaming, Amusement or technology sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of the gaming industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and developing sales talent. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions quickly. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
