We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience in handling large volumes of data. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analysing complex datasets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that influence key business decisions.

Responsibilities:
* Analyse large, complex datasets to extract actionable business insights.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions and areas of interest.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimisations based on data findings.
* Provide strategic recommendations to improve decision-making processes and drive business success.
* Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making in identifying commercial opportunities.
* Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting and analysis.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
* Proven experience in a similar role, particularly in handling high volumes of data/high SKU count.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to process, interpret, and present large datasets effectively.
* Proficiency in using data visualisation tools e.g., Power BI and advanced Excel skills.
* Experience with data management and analysis platforms e.g. SQL, Python, R, or similar.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication skills to explain complex data insights in an easily understandable way.
