I am working in partnership with a leading organisation to recruit for a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis. This position will provide support to customers whilst driving customer satisfaction. The position requires the ability to handle multiple tasks in a retail environment with a friendly and positive attitude. Handle incoming calls from customers with professionalism and efficiency. Manage inbound calls from Technicians, providing necessary assistance. Respond to general inquiries via email through the dedicated customer service inbox and other mailboxes under the team's responsibility. Address customer queries regarding repair planning by utilising internal booking systems to schedule appointments. Collaborate with the Planning Team to resolve customer issues as needed. Investigate and resolve complaints raised by customers or administrators, ensuring they are properly recorded in the complaints database. Communicate with Regional Managers to obtain updates on repairs and complaints. Manage daily inquiries related to private quotation requests from the general public. Participate in any formal or informal training sessions organised by the company and attend meetings as required. Profile A successful Customer Service Advisor should have: A strong focus on customer service and a friendly demeanour. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to work well in a team environment. A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally. Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail software systems.
