Position: Lettings Negotiator
Location: North West
Salary: up to £27,000 OTE £28,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (alternating weekends 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Lettings Negotiator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to securing new lettings opportunities. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be the face of our agency, working closely with landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth and successful lettings process.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of properties and ensuring they are let quickly and efficiently.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Conducting property viewings and negotiations.
Handling inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Preparing tenancy agreements and coordinating move-ins.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market.
Requirements:
Full driving licence and access to your own car.
Previous lettings experience preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive and driven with a passion for property.
