We’re looking for an experienced Creative Strategist to join our team, responsible for devising and delivering compelling social ideas for our clients and prospects. We want our Creative Strategist to find the most compelling cultural insight, spot opportunities to place our brands at the heart of culture, and create social-first ideas to gain outsized returns.
Digital Natives is a fast-growing social agency. Thus, we are looking for people with a broad range of skills, a can-do attitude, and who can contribute to the office culture. Although your commitment will tend to be standard office hours, deadlines or the demands of clients may see you working early or late to ensure continued success.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
* Translating client briefs into creative briefs
* Trends and insights
* Creative ideation
* Strong conceptual thinking and ability to take ideas from strategy to idea
* Writing strategy decks and creating pitch collateral
* Leading pitches and selling strategy and ideas to clients
* Building presence as a thought leader for our industry
* Oversight and management of junior team members
* Consistent review and refinement of ongoing retained strategies
* Development of paid and organic social strategies
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* At least 5 years experience in strategy & planning within the social space
* A persuasive and confident approach to social strategy
* Experience of working closely with creative teams
* A keen attention to detail and a good collaborator
* Experience of developing strategic frameworks to solve multiple challenges
* Natural curiosity and ability to decipher the real task at hand
* Strong understanding of all major social and digital platforms
* Experience and understanding of influencer/creator marketing
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver to budget
* Always delivering a high-quality product
