Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Systems Administrator to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow principles and practices, as well as proven experience in configuring, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow instances. The candidate will also have a minimum Secret security clearance, up to Top Secret.
Responsibilities:
1. Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow instances to meet the needs of the organization
2. Develop and implement workflows and automations to improve efficiency and streamline processes
3. Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues
4. Provide technical support to ServiceNow users
5. Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices
6. Maintain ServiceNow documentation
7. Work with other IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems
8. Participate in security audits and assessments
9. Follow all security protocols and procedures
Qualifications
1. 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration
2. Proven experience in configuring, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow instances
3. Strong understanding of ServiceNow principles and practices
4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
