Graduate Account Executive
Salary: £27,000-£30,000 basic with OTE to increase your package

Join a £500 million turnover company that will invest heavily in you, offering award-winning training and a clear progression path to leadership. High demand but high support. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a real desire to win new business. We want hunters, not farmers.
The role, unlike many sales roles out there, offers variety and the chance to quickly build long-lasting relationships with both existing and new clients. You will seek out new business and nurture your accounts. Your role will be 360, meaning you will handle every element of the sales cycle — a truly exciting prospect. Think of it as running your own little business.
* £27,000-£30,000 plus uncapped profit share (potential to earn six figures over time)

Role Responsibilities:
* Meet or exceed gross profit targets
* Identify new business opportunities and grow existing clients
* Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries
* Negotiate prices with clients
* Build relationships and encourage repeat business
* Conduct client visits
* Manage your own little business
Qualifications and Requirements:
* A degree in any discipline (preferable)
* A strong interest in developing a career in sales with a clear growth vision
* Hungry for success and a strong desire to win
* Tenacious and competitive
* Growth mindset and self-motivated
* A valid driving license is a plus
