Our client, a leading online distributor delivering exceptional service and an extensive product range to customers across the UK are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Manager to join their team and help drive their continued growth.
As an Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for a specific online retailer. This includes managing pricing strategies, expanding product ranges, handling customer enquiries and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main contact for the assigned account, building and nurturing strong relationships.
* Monitor account performance, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or opportunities.
* Review and manage pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
* Research and add new product ranges to meet market demand and customer expectations.
* Work with the purchasing team to negotiate supplier pricing and ensure stock availability.
* Handle and resolve customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
* Prepare regular reports on account performance, pricing adjustments and product sales.
* Liaise with internal teams, including sales, marketing and supply chain, to align efforts and achieve company goals.
