Process Assurance Auditor Join our dynamic team as a Process Assurance Auditor and be at the heart of our commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability. This exciting role involves planning, conducting, and documenting internal audits across our ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ISO 14001) along with Health & Safety and Environmental compliance. You’ll play a key part in upholding our standards and driving improvement, while providing essential support to the Process Assurance team. If you’re passionate about quality, compliance, and making a real impact in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you What your role as a Process Assurance Auditor will involve: Ensure compliance with Comms-care suite of ISO standards, Health and Safety and Environmental legal registers, other legal requirements as required. Plan, conduct and document internal audits against our Integrated Management System and Health and Safety and Environmental legal registers Plan, conduct and document desk top reviews with interested parties Concise note taking during meetings and associated write-ups Assist with planning of external audits Assist host, or act as host during the external audit Monitoring and reporting on internal and external audit actions Maintain and develop professional knowledge in relation the current a future Comms-care ISO Certifications Provide administrative support Additional ad-hoc tasks for various Comms-care, Ingram Micro departments To set you up for success we are looking for the following skills: Lead auditor qualified, preferably against ISO 9001 An understanding of our suite of ISO certifications A basic understanding of Health and Safety and Environmental legislation in relation to an IT services provider Affective communication at all levels Ability to work towards tight deadlines Ability to manage own workload / time effectively Ability to identify company risk through internal audit About us Comms-care is a leading channel-only provider of IT support and service solutions.
