Job Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in technology services. • Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals aligned with customer requirements
• Achieve individual revenue target Technical Expertise And Consultation
• Provide expert guidance and technical knowledge during the sales process by assessing client needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert, explaining the features and benefits of our technology services. Customer Relationship Management
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding the nuances of clients' decision-making processes.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaboration And Solution Development
• Collaborate with internal teams, including technology and operations, to develop tailored solutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and customize technology offerings accordingly.
• Present innovative and effective solutions that align with client goals and objectives.
Market Insights And Feedback
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes, while gathering feedback from clients regarding service offerings and communicate insights internally for continuous improvement.
