Role Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Primary or Secondary teacher to join our team at The Eaves Learning Centre. As a Science specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Your role will involve delivering engaging science lessons, building relationships with your class, and contributing to the development of our department. You will also be expected to participate in regular team meetings, contribute to curriculum planning, and engage in ongoing professional development to ensure the highest standards of education and care.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong passion for science education and a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of our pupils. You should have previous teaching experience and hold Qualified Teacher Status. A 'can-do' attitude, enthusiasm, and expertise in building great relationships with your class are essential qualities for this position. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure seamless transitions and optimal student outcomes.
