Role: National Field Sales Manager
Salary: up to GBP40k plus 10% bonus and incentive programme
Car allowance provided but you must have your own vehicle.
Location: Ideal location for this role is Manchester area as you will be managing a team mainly covering M62 Corridor but will include travel to Northern Ireland. This role will include travel and overnight stays where necessary.
Responsibilities:
1. FMCG National Team Management for a team of sales representatives operating with smoking/vaping/tobacco product sales.
2. Lead and inspire field teams to drive performance and ensure continuous improvement for key customers.
3. Exceed project KPIs to maximize returns for customers, manage resources, and improve team retention and morale.
4. Develop, coach, and nurture field teams to overachieve targets through driving sales and increasing consumer engagement.
5. Work with the Account Director and Senior Customer Director to deliver the growth strategy through the Field Team.
6. Ensure efficient and effective operations across teams.
7. Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
8. Spend approximately 80% of time in the field supporting teams and 20% home or office-based.
9. Travel and overnight stays will be required across Northern England and Northern Ireland.
