Page 2 of 2 The Role: Radleys are seeking a technical sales specialist to continue developing our business in the Southern UK Territory. You will be responsible for sales and fostering customer relationships within this territory. Your Location: Ideal location is between Oxford and Dartford. Responsibilities: • Developing and maintaining profitable sales within territory, to ensure that Radleys exploit the full sales potential. • Sales Development: Seek new business opportunities and manage the sales cycle. • Customer Management: Maintain and develop relationships by structured site visits and communications to all current and potential customers. Identify and manage key accounts and contacts. • Field Visits: Conduct on-site sales visits, product demonstrations and trainings. Overnight stays will be necessary. • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, follow system processes and utilise the system to support sales development. • Exhibitions: Organise and attend onsite mini-exhibitions and symposiums. • Other responsibilities include: Assist with marketing activities related to your territory, involvement in Sales and Training videos and webinars and reporting on competitor activity and market conditions. Experience & Qualifications: • Experience: Our core customers are Organic/Medicinal/Scale-up and Process Chemists working within Pharmaceutical, CRO, Biotech, BioPharma, Research and Chemical organisations. Knowledge and familiarity with these sectors and customers is pivotal. • Track Record: Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets. • Education: BSc (or higher) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with products in process and organic chemistry. • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM. • Full UK driving license. Personal Qualities: • Dynamic, self-motivated, well organised sales professional with an eye for detail. • Team player with decision-making capabilities. • Flexible and eager to engage at all levels. • Confident in dealing with senior managers.
