Summary of Role
To provide administrative support services for the Forester Life Customers and field force, from initial contact through to the end of the contract terms.
The following key responsibilities and duties will apply, depending on which Customer Services team you are working in.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. Collation and dispatch of correspondence
2. Open and distribute customer correspondence to Customer Services Administrators
3. Processing payment collection instructions
4. Liaising with customers and financial advisers for outstanding information or requirements
5. Setting up new, amend and cancel direct debits
6. Deal with batching cheque payments and reconciliation
7. Banking cheque payments
8. Processing payments to the customer
9. Filing, scanning and destruction of paper records
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
1. Good computer skills
2. Good organisation skills
3. Strong attention to detail
4. Enthusiastic and adaptable
5. Good communication skills
6. Reliable and enjoys working in a busy office and team environment
